The winter that just wouldn't quit is back at it again.  A powerful  Noreaster which pounded the south with snow and ice headed our way Thursday and dropped anywhere from a foot to two feet of snow in our area.  The first round came through yesterday during the daytime dropping around 7 inches before stopping for a few hours.  The second round started around 11pm and became very intense very quickly leaving us with about 15 inches of fresh snow and up to 30 inches where it had drifted.  Here is what it looked like when I tried to open the front door today.
Anywhere that wasn't cleared off after the first round was absolutely buried.
Winds were very strong all night long to accompany the heavy snow leading to very deep drifts.
The snow was deep and very heavy, making shoveling difficult.
Shoveling is great exercise!  Still...I'm about ready for spring.
Another small clipper will be hitting us tomorrow with 1-3 inches of new snow.  Winter rages on.
