The calendar has changed to March but winter is keeping a very firm grip on our area as yet another arctic front pushed through today, dropping temperatures back into the deep freeze again.  Sub zero wind chills will be the rule for the next couple of days, making it a bit uncomfortable outside.  Nassau Lake remains frozen, affording ice fisherman the chance to get some extra tip ups and jigs out there this year.
Looking across the lake at the southeast shore.
Sun shine and blue skies(Monday, 3/3)
Took a walk out onto the frozen lake but the bitter winds kept me from lingering.
 Looking north towards Morey Park.
Afternoon shadows creeping across the lake.
