Fall at Thacher Park

Kalli and I decided to get out for a short walk at Thacher Park this morning on a very cold October day.  Temperatures in the upper 30's and snow showers accompanied us as we pulled into the Paint Mine parking lot. 

Water levels were very low in Minelot Creek.

 Falls further upstream.

 More falls.

We really enjoyed a slow stroll through the autumn woods.

Peak colors along the escarpment.

Completed a short loop hike in brisk conditions on a pretty, but cold fall day.
