Hannacroix Creek & Kinderhook Creek Preserve
Kalli, Bella and I went out for a couple of short walks on a gorgeous, cool fall weekend. First, on Saturday, we walked the trails of the Hannacroix Creek Preserve along the Albany County/ Greene County line.
On Sunday, we walked the quiet trails of the Kinderhook Creek Preserve in East Nassau on a refreshingly cool afternoon.
