Fall at Schodack Town Park

With severe storms forecast for this afternoon I was looking for a short walk to get some exercise and see some of the foliage before the foul weather moved in.  An easy choice was Schodack Town Park which is right smack dab in the middle of my ride home.  The woods have really thinned out recently, leaving not only pretty colors on the trees but carpeting the ground as well.
The Moordener Kill is always a pretty stream, but really caught my eye today.
Small cascades.
Footbridge.
Views along the trail.

I did a fairly quick loop through the park and got back to the car before the storms moved in, but it was a breath of fresh air.
