Albert Community Forest(East Nassau, Rensselaer County)

Did a local walk after work this afternoon at the Albert Community Forest in rural East Nassau on another unseasonably mild late October day.  Clouds were thickening up as I arrived, but the 70 degree temps and no bugs made for very pleasant walking. 

Hit the Cascades, Homestead and Orchard Trails, passing by old stone walls and a carpet of fallen leaves along the way.

Hiked a total of about 3.4 miles altogether and saw several others out on the trails enjoying the nice weather as well.
